I had to laugh at this post and how you talk about your normal clothing. I'm the same way. I have nice joggers (sweatpants with the cuff at the ankle. Now, these joggers display my favorite sports teams. They are so comfy, more than my pjs. When I was in my 20s and single, I was first working in retail, fashion shops, and very fashionable. I also worked in a bank, so I wore a lot of suits. I then worked in bookstores. Very fashionable. When I was in my 30s and recently married, I worked at a bookstore then worked from home. I was casual in my shorts, track pants, pjs, etc. I still liked to be fashionable and used my tops to bring color to my outfit. Now, I tend to be very casual, except when I have a business meeting. I work from home or in the office. Many times you'll find me in a tank top, shorts, and flip flops.
Nan, I love your red boots. Embrace your inner cowgirl.
Oh, Nancy, how we work-from-home gals love our comfy clothes. Something I'm learning as I get older is to buy my "fashionable" clothes in sizes that fit my body so they're comfortable too. The numbers don't matter because some size Ls fit me great, others wouldn't fit a 5-year-old. Just buy what feels good on your body and don't worry about the rest. Hugs to you!!
